Renovating an existing space gets complicated when architectural and various engineering design considerations were not addressed before construction. In this particular project, the challenge to conceal the sight of tangled electrical cables, unorganized condensers, and messy downspouts was made complex by the need to minimize demolition works at the site.

 

To improve building character, to improve privacy and functionality of spaces, and to incorporate existing furniture are the main objectives for the renovation of this apartment unit in Tandang Sora.
