​​​Nestled in the Dubai Islands' residential development, the project presents a pagoda-like form. The staggered facade design ensures that all units have panoramic sea views. Inspired by Japanese Architecture, the facade features vertical strips of travertine, wood composite panels, and black aluminum cladding: a material palette chosen to age gracefully.
