The Project is a Retirement House that melds modern industrial palette and zen principles. The design focuses on mindfulness and minimalism, consequently, it is imbued with zen principles such as Fukinsei - imperfection and or asymmetry and Seijaku - Stillness and/or Tranquility.

A vestibule welcomes one into an open layout Ground Floor, offering unobstructed

and continuous view of the Koi Pond.
